Caramel Coconut Syrup







1 cup coconut milk

3/4 cup coconut sugar

1/ 3 cup coconut oil, or dairy free butter such as Miyokos Oat Milk Butter

1 tablespoon vanilla extract









Combine first three ingredients over medium heat until it boils.








Boil for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and add vanilla.

Good over waffles, or ice cream.
