My Recipes

Other Recipes I Love
These are recipes from some of the websites listed in my “Resources” tab. Danielle Walker doesn’t have all of her recipes on her website, but if I can’t link to the recipe, then I’ve added a link for the cookbook that recipe is in. She has several, and any of them are definitely worth the purchase.

3-Ingredient Chocolate — This is a must to have on hand for making cookies or just for snacking.

3-Ingredient Vegan Dark Chocolate — I love that this doesn’t need to be stored in the fridge or freezer.

Chocolate Chip Cookies — I’ve made these several times and everyone is always surprised that they are gluten, dairy, and cane sugar free. The only change I’ve made to this recipe is that I use Chocolate Covered Katie’s 3-Ingredient Chocolate recipe for the chocolate pieces. Click here for the cookbook with this recipe in it.

Chocolate Donuts — Such a delicious recipe! I’ve made these several times as well and they are always a hit!

Coconut Flour Muffins — I adjusted the temperature on these to be cooked at 375 for 15–17 minutes.

Dairy Free Sour Cream — I use this in all of my cheesecake recipes.

Grain-Free Waffles — These are absolutely divine. Try them with Homemade Chocolate Hazelnut Spread or Caramel Coconut Syrup.

Herb Ranch Dressing — This is seriously such a good dip and/or salad dressing. Kids love it. This link takes you to a recipe page for buffalo wings with dairy-free ranch dressing. Just scroll in the recipe to the instructions for this dressing. Click here for the cookbook with this recipe in it.

Homemade Marshmallows — Toasted, in a cup of hot chocolate, or by themselves, these never last long at my house.

Homemade Chocolate Hazelnut Spread — So good you’ll never miss the store-bought option.

Kettle Corn with Coconut Oil — I like to use Miyoko’s dairy-free plant butters or coconut oil.

Lemon Curd Cakes — A decadent, delicious treat. This recipe is not available on her website, but the book is definitely worth the purchase. Click here for the cookbook with this recipe in it.

Orange Twist Electrolyte Drink — The only problem with this is that you won’t be able to make enough to keep it in your fridge for long.

Slow Cooker Cinnamon Pecans — These are delicious as a snack, on salads, or on ice cream.

Vegan White Bean Soup — Delicious comfort food.  The only changes I made to this recipe is that I don’t use the nutritional yeast or soy milk.
