This recipe is very thick.  It would be delicious as a pie topping.

This is my adaptation.  It is less thick, so more like a typical egg nog.


10 ounces canned coconut milk, chilled

5 ounces almond milk

1/4 cup water

3 tablespoons maple syrup

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon ground clove


Blend all ingredients together well. Chill before serving.
