Panda Express Chow Mein

1/4 cup coconut aminos
2 teaspoons coconut sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons coconut teriyaki sauce, optional
2-3 cloves garlic or more to taste
2 teaspoons minced, fresh ginger
black pepper to taste
2 tablespoons avocado oil or coconut oil
10 ounces brown rice and millet noodles from Costco, Lotus Foods brand
2/3 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 medium onion sliced
2 cups heaping green cabbage sliced
1 sliced green onion
In a small bowl, mix coconut aminos, coconut sugar, and black pepper.
Cook noodles according to package. When they are done, drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add celery, onion, garlic and ginger until onions become soft and transparent, about 5-7 minutes.
Add cabbage and saute another few minutes until cabbage is soft.
